I was born in Dublin, Ireland and have always had an interest in art. I moved to Singapore with my husband and two children for a number of years and it was there that I decided I wanted to study Fine Art.

It wasnʼt easy studying full time with two young children but I was delighted when I graduated with a BA in Fine art from Lasalle College of the Arts. My first artistic journey in College was based on explorations of the human condition through a range⁠
of mediums including photography, video and painting. I had exhibited my work in Singapore which included the Found Object Exhibition, curated by Dr Charles Merewether, an art historian, writer and curator which was held in the Project Space Gallery, Singapore, the Lasalle Exhibition, Institute of Contemporary Art Gallery, Singapore and the Baranardoʼs Childrenʼs charity auction. When I moved back to Dublin with my family I spent time between Howth, where I live, and Cornwall where my husband is from. I began to develop an interest in the landscape and seascape and so started my new journey into the exploration of this genre through a semi abstract interpretation. I hope my work brings joy to others.
